Our Classes.
Our strength classes are designed for adults who want to lift well – not just lift heavy. We focus on foundational compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. Every session is structured with a clear progression, coached with attention to detail, and built around long-term development – not exhaustion. You won’t walk in to chaos. You won’t guess what weight to use. You won’t be left alone with a barbell. Instead, you’ll train in a small group setting where coaching matters.

We blend strength endurance, carries, sled work, rowing, running mechanics, and controlled interval training to build a durable engine that supports your life – not competes with it.
