Strength (Get Lifted, Get Pumped, Get Loaded)

Our strength classes are designed for adults who want to lift well – not just lift heavy. We focus on foundational compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. Every session is structured with a clear progression, coached with attention to detail, and built around long-term development – not exhaustion. You won’t walk in to chaos. You won’t guess what weight to use. You won’t be left alone with a barbell. Instead, you’ll train in a small group setting where coaching matters.

Conditioning

Conditioning at Forma isn’t punishment. It’s performance. These sessions are designed to improve work capacity, aerobic efficiency, and resilience – without breaking down your joints or burning you out. We blend strength endurance, carries, sled work, rowing, running mechanics, and controlled interval training to build a durable engine that supports your life – not competes with it. The goal isn’t to leave destroyed. The goal is to leave sharper. You’ll sweat. You’ll breathe hard.

Rogue Squat Racks and Barbells for building strength, Concept2 Rowers and Rogue Air Bikes for high intensity conditioning, Plyo Boxes and Sleds for explosive power and agility, Keiser Air Compression Trainers for controlled resistance training, foam rollers and lacrosse balls for mobility and recovery.

Strength Equipment – Our training areas are outfitted with trusted gear like Rogue Racks and Barbells.

Premium Equipment – Full sets of Dumbbells and Kettlebells

Functional and Cardio Equipment – From turf space to sleds, battle ropes, plyo boxes you’ll have everything you need to challenge yourself and keep training interesting.

A Facility Designed for
Performance & Community.

Our 2,000 sq. ft. training space is designed for strength, movement, and performance – without the distractions of traditional big-box gyms. The open-concept layout features squat racks, turf for sled work, air bikes, rowers, and free weights ensuring an effective training environment.

Dedicated Private Training Area – For personal training and athletic therapy, we have a private upstairs space, offering a focused and comfortable setting for one-on-one coaching and rehab sessions.

Modern Amenities – We provide bathrooms, change rooms, and foam rollers for recovery, though we do not have showers.
