The Forma Fitness team is made up of highly experienced coaches, athletic therapists, and strength specialists dedicated to helping you succeed. Led by owner Corey Scott and business partner Louie, our trainers bring expertise in strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition, and rehabilitation.
From athletic therapy and injury recovery to small-group training and nutrition coaching, our staff is here to guide, educate, and support you. Each coach brings their unique experience, whether it’s high-performance training, rehabilitation, or building strength from the ground up—ensuring you get the right expertise for your fitness goals.

Train With Purpose
Our 2,000 sq. ft. training space is designed for strength, movement, and performance—without the distractions of traditional big-box gyms. The open-concept layout features squat racks, turf for sled work, air bikes, rowers, and free weights, ensuring an effective training environment.
For personal training and athletic therapy, we have a private upstairs space, offering a focused and comfortable setting for one-on-one coaching and rehab sessions.
We provide bathrooms, change rooms, and foam rollers for recovery, though we do not have showers.
Tools for Strength, Speed & Recovery
We believe in functional strength training, which means you won’t find rows of machines at Forma Fitness. Instead, our gym is outfitted with:
