Yes! We run two major fitness challenges each year:
✔ 4-week post-summer reset to help members get back on track.
✔ 8-week pre-summer program focused on strength, conditioning, and body composition.
These challenges provide extra motivation, accountability, and structured training to push your fitness to the next level!

We focus on functional strength training, so you won’t find rows of machines here. Instead, we use:

✔ Rowers & air bikes for conditioning
✔ Plyo boxes & sleds for agility and power
✔ Kaiser air compression trainers for controlled resistance training
